VIP LEVEL gives the client the right to use the website, applications, and software tools for their intended purpose, as provided for the explicit client functions of the site.
For the avoidance of doubt, the parties must confirm their understanding that VIP-LEVEL does not provide transport services. It rather provides the booking services for easier access to these transport services by simplifying the booking process. VIP-LEVEL is not responsible or liable for any damages to the person(s) or the person(s)' things involved with any unintended occurrences during the trip. Services are provided by the affiliated driver on the contract, in agreement with the request for a trip, agreed to by the client, and in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The driver is entitled to refuse the execution of the agreement of the trip if the driver is unable to communicate with the client at the phone number provided, within 30 minutes before the arrival time to the location specified by the client. In this case, the client is obliged to pay the driver the amount of the minimum travel cost, determined by the rate selected by the user when making a request for the trip.
Under the event of a cancellation of the trip, the client can depart from the contract for the transport services by filling in the form for cancellation under the ORDER tab on the website vip-level.ru, 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the order.

The website is not responsible for the use (both lawful and wrongful) by third parties of information posted by users on the site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out in all possible ways.
